Eligibility for Return
- Condition of the Item: The dress must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and stain-free.
- Original Packaging: The product should be returned in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging, and must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
Uncut Video Requirement for Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must provide an uncut video clearly showing the condition of the dress and its packaging at the time of opening. This helps us assess the issue and process your return or exchange promptly.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Video Evidence: If the product is damaged, submit the uncut video along with your return request.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the dress in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. The item must be returned within 3-5 business days.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the required conditions, we will initiate the refund within 3-4 business days.
- Refund Timeframe: After processing, Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Deductions: Refunds will be subject to applicable transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or handling costs, depending on your payment method.
Important Notes
- No Returns on Altered, Used, or Stained Items: Returns will not be accepted if the dress has been altered, used, damaged, or stained.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Exchange Policy
We do not process direct exchanges. If the dress is found to be damaged, please initiate a return and place a new order.
